In Act 2 of Diablo, players are tasked with defeating Diablo, one of the most powerful demons in the game. To gain access to Act 5 and complete the Terror's End quest, it is essential to defeat Diablo.

Before engaging with Diablo, players must first interact with Akara, High Priestess of the Sisterhood of the Sightless Eye, who can be found in the south corner of the Rogue Encampment. She will provide players with this crucial quest.

Diablo uses a range of skills to defend himself against heroes, including Fire Nova, Red Lightning Hose, Cold Touch, Fire Wall, Firestorm, Bone Prison, Charge, and Taunt (which does nothing). In his twisted state, Diablo's ultimate plan is to find his brothers and use the shard of the Soulstone to control them.

As players progress through Act 2, they will encounter various bosses that serve as final enemies for each act. Defeating these bosses is necessary to advance in the game. Bosses have higher health points than regular enemies and possess unique moves that set them apart from others.

Diablo spent two centuries corrupting the Soulstone that imprisoned him, allowing him to escape and wreak havoc on the world of Sanctuary. He can be found at the end of Act 4, where he awaits heroes who are brave enough to take him down.
